Greetings, internet! I have great news! My KitchenAid mixer finally arrived! No more underpowered hand mixers for me!
To test this 575 watts of power out, I decided to make almond flour cupcakes with a raspberry buttercream frosting. Double batch. All at once! It was no problem at all! Garnished with a raspberry and kiwi slice for a fantastic flavor combination!
So for those of you at work that are gluten sensitive or are just on a gluten free fad diet, be on the lookout in the morning! These are sure to go fast!
